This project was to build a facilities hub for the Male Room Inc of Nelson to support their clients – the homeless of Nelson.
This project (total value of works circa $220,000) initiated by Nelson Rotary and was delivered with the financial support of the 3 other Rotary Clubs of Nelson and Rotary Foundation. The scope included a building with ablutions, laundry, kitchen, office, lounge, fit out, decking, landscaping, fencing and a drainage upgrade.
